This policy explains cancellation and refund terms for orders placed with SONORIS FARMS AGROTECH.

1. Cancellation Policy

• Custom and bulk orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
• Standard product orders may be canceled within 24 hours of order placement.
• Cancellation requests must be sent to sonorisfarms@gmail.com with Order ID.

2. Refund Policy

• Refunds are applicable only if:
  • Order is canceled before production starts
  • We fail to fulfill or ship the order
• Refunds are processed via original payment method (Bank Transfer/UPI).
• Processing time: 7–10 working days.
• No refund is applicable once the order is dispatched.

3. Return Policy

Returns are generally not accepted due to the nature of customized and industrial products. However, in case of manufacturing defects, customers must report within 48 hours of delivery with proof.
