2. Product Information

We manufacture solar street lights, solar traps, and pheromone traps. Product specifications may vary slightly due to continuous improvement.

3. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are quoted in INR unless specified otherwise.
• GST and shipping charges may be applicable as per order.
• Payments must be completed before dispatch unless agreed otherwise.

4. Manufacturing Variance

Minor variations in wattage or specifications may occur without affecting overall performance.

5. Warranty

All products include a 6-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

• Covered: Manufacturing defects in battery, panel, or light
• Not Covered: Physical damage, misuse, improper installation, theft, or natural disasters

6. Inspection

Buyers can inspect products at our Amravati factory before dispatch.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from product use or delays in delivery.

8. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to Amravati jurisdiction.
